    A BIG ASS FAN!

Sorry, bigger fans help somewhat but watercooling is the way to go if you want silence

Silence is important to me and I went and had a look at some watercooling set-ups. Pricey as hell, too rich for me anyway.
    Have a browse on www.quietpc.com
I've used them for a few things and their prices are reasonable and they deliver quickly.

Look up the Antec p180 and p182 cases. They're supposed to be extremely quite. As is the Sonata III I think.

Pretty much everything you need you can find info about here - http://silentpcreview.com/forums/

Their main site - http://silentpcreview.com/ - has loads of reviews, but take the time to read the stickies in the forums and ask questions when you've done that.
