Bates Method imo rubbish

if considering this method to try and "naturally" improve your vision you have to take into account what is actually causing your poor vision........:eek:

so many ophthalmological conditions to account for poor vision that one method cannot fool ppl into thinking you can magically improve your VA with a wish and a prayer. sorry for the rant but TOTAL rubbish imo

Old tip for vision was to go somewhere where there was a lot of green and look at it. Like in a lush forest clearing.
An African grandfather told me that's what his mother recommended.
