Just wondering what the situtaion is with Honey. I gave up sugar a long time ago but I like to have wheatabix in the morning with honey. Im also having a rice cake with a small bit of honey as a snack which I quite enjoy. Is this good or a bad thing? Should I try stay away from it completely?

A little honey can be very, VERY good for you...

It helps with insulin regulation and is antiseptic...

Just remember it is high in calories and rots your teeth just like sugar, so don't overdo it!
