    Hey I have a samsung tocco and I have elbow-one day like this as an mp3 on the phone and i want my phone to ring at a certain part in the song. Anyone know how to do this please?

    You need to get some Mp3 editing software to cut that part out of the song on your PC and then transfer it to your phone.

    Use audacity to edit the song to the exact part you want. It's a great application and it's free.
