Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Child benefit not paid

    Hiya

    was supposed to get my first child benefit payment today ( a double one too). Its not in the bank

    Checked letter received in Dec and bank details etc are correct, and def says paid today.

    Anyone else having problems?

    Hi Fran79. Is there a number on the letter you got in december you can ring? The childrens allowance is due for payment today allright. I think it took 3 months for my first payment to come through though.

    You got a letter with a date on it so ring the department and ask, maybe there was an error somewhere along the line.
