    Hi all,

Could anyone suggest where I might be able to buy buttermilk in small quantities?
I only use 125-250ml but can't find it in anything less than a 1 litre carton.

Any pointers would be great :)

    Thanks!

I'm not sure it's available in such small quantities. Why don't you freeze the leftover buttermilk in small tubs or even ice cube trays?

The ice cube plastic bag things are great for that, since you do not have to wash out the tray after, if you take ice cubes out and put them in a bag they tend to get that frosty coating. I freeze yoghurt in those bags. You can use it in blenders for smoothies, chilling the liquids, I also use them for tandoori chicken.

I have seen small cartons of buttermilk in tesco before, it was pricey per ml though.
