Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,i just got a paslode im65 finish nailer, But my problem is the sizes of the boxes of nails they is like 2000 in a box i would not use that in a year. Im only going to be doing small jobs once in a while. So im just wondering is there anybody that would sell me a few strips of each size nail, so i have a selection.

    Thanks

Begs the question, do you really need a nail gun if its not going to get much use?
I'd return it and rent as needed, you will get money back on any nails not used when renting also.

I recently bought a tackwise 191 electric nailer, and its the best thing i ever bought...

The 191 can fire both staples and brad nails up to 35mm long. Also you can buy the nails in smallish quantities...

I originally picked it up to put up wood cladding, but have used it for so much since then... was putting beading around wooden floors in a house, just flew around it in no time at all... being able to shoot staples is also quite handy..

B&Q sell dewalt brad nails for the Dewalt cordless finish nailers, The straight ones also fit the the Paslode nailer.

I think they cost around 25 euro for a 2000 box. cheapest place to get them.
The likes of Masonry Fixings Ltd will just ride you on the cost . Dont go near them.

I have been using the dewalt 18v cordless nailer for 2 years now. Better tool than paslode by far. No cleaning or gas to worry about and can rapid fire pins for quick nailing
