how to merge multiple video files into one

    Hi peoples.

    Just a quick question for you AV experts out there.

    I have a load of avi files i want to merge so that they play one after the other as 1 avi file.

    any good free programmes out there to do this. failing that any cheap programmes out there to do this

    you have to open the other avi in another instance of Vdub and copy paste it into the first instance. You can also set in and out markers to select a portion of the video.

    AVI joiner is about as easy to use as they come.

    Or couldn't you just throw them one after another into Windows Movie Maker and then save them as a big file?


    I know movie maker isn't the best program inthe world, but it should be able to do what you want it ot do no problem.

    i dont think windows movie maker can edit xvid or divx
