    Hi,

After a recent trip to Ashtown Pound with a friend, I heard that they were looking for helpers to bring dogs to family homes etc. Does anyone else here do this?

I would foster dogs temporarily but I already have two big ones and I wouldnt have the space for them.

    Thanks.

I transport poundies but for a different pound. I'd suggest you get onto Dogs in Distress as they are the ones who organise the homes/foster places/rescue places for dogs in Ashton and therefore the transport.

There always other rescues looking for help with transport on http://petsireland.invisionzone.com too so if you think you could help then sign up and have a look in the K999 Tranport needed section.

If you need any advice about tranporting then just shout, I've 2 years experience under my belt so can give you a few basic pointers when starting out.
