Eircom in Cork?

Hi Guys, Since Monday my connection seems extremely bad. The download speeds are around 50k on my 7.6mb connection. It seems to be only connected at 7.2. Sites are slow and takes ages to do anything. Any one else having these issues?

All I can recommend is ringing them up and troubleshooting, I didn't hear of any outages or problems in the cork area today.
