vat uk claim back

    has anyone bought new car in uk and claimed back uk vat yourself if garage will only give you good discount if you register it to a uk address bmw park lane do it but they are around 3500 to 4000 sterling dearer before vat then quote from another crowd.
    looking at 09 520d m sport with extras ~ Irl 61000euro without any discount and haggling started.
