Signature Viewing Issue

Hi, Sometimes i can see my signature and other peoples in threads, but most of the time i cannot, its slighty annoying because i just upgraded mine and was hoping to see what it looked like. If this a known issue? Thanks.

Go here and scroll down to the bottom to enable signatures.
