Recovering deleted SMS from iPhone

I'm trying to recover a deleted SMS from my iPhone. I deleted it a over a month ago and don't have the backup of that time on iTunes. I checked c:\users\...\mobilesync\backup and there's a few .mdbackup files from the time I first received the SMS. Is there any way I can restore those .mdbackup files to my iphone or even…

Theres an application for this to restore notes but i'm not sure about txt messages.
Should google it probably some way of doing it.
