Hi this question has probably been asked a million times before but can anyone suggest a really good driving instructor in Cork City (Northside) - I'm eager to start learning and from what i've read a lot of people wouldn't recommend getting lessons from a family member so i figured i better start now or else i'll never do…

Hi this question has probably been asked a million times before but can anyone suggest a really good driving instructor in Cork City (Northside) - I'm eager to start learning and from what i've read a lot of people wouldn't recommend getting lessons from a family member so i figured i better start now or else i'll never do it! Also i'm really nervous about the whole learning to drive thing so someone who is calm and reassuring and doesn't take you out on the main road on your first lesson (!) would be ideal.

If there is a thread like this already could someone please direct me to it.
