Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a 2700sqft house under construction with about 4 or 5k worth of scaffolding on hire. Scaffolding firm is now gone bust, phones disconnected etc. Will need to take this down in about 6 weeks, what will I do then? I cant really store it, cant really sell it....unfortunatley.

I agree, Scaffolding is expensive and has a value, yours could be worth 3K or more.

The Received will want it back as it is an asset of the Company. I think it would be illegal to keep it or sell it.

I would contact the receiver/ last known address of directors etc by reg post, and tell them that you will need the scaffold taken down and removed off site within a certain time period - give adequate notice.
Then I would tell them that any delays outside of this window will result in a charge back for you taking down of the scaffold and for storage!

+1. You may also suggest that if it is not removed within this time limit it will be sold to defray costs of dismantling/removal.
