    If I were to choose between the two, I'd go for the second one as it uses a DVI connection to connect to your PC, where as the cheaper one only has the older VGA connection. DVI sends a digital signal which will be of better quality than the analogue VGA.

    Also the viewing angle is slightly better 170 degrees vs. 160 on the first one.
    The contrast ratio is also higher 10,000:1 vs. 700:1, on the second one. Though 10,000 is a dynamic contrast ratio so the actual contrast ratio is probably around 1000:1.
