    I'm having awful trouble sleeping for the past while. I'm worrying about college, and when I get to bed, I can think of nothing else. So much so that I stay up till 4-5 watching dvds, on phone, net, shower. Right now, i'm having a glass of wine, in the hopes that it will make me drowsy enough so that when I do lie down, I will go straight to sleep. Any ideas?
