    Gym this morning : Very tired how I managed to get up I dont know .. Anway got in a 30min run ! so better than nothing I suppose. :D

    2a: Stiff deadlift : 45kg 8 x 4

    frontal raise: 6kg each 8 x 3
    tricep cable push down 20kg 6 x 3

    30 mins steady state cardio

    Food has been all over the place the last couple of days .. Major turn of lots of foods. Which in turn means I am not eating the best and feel crap for it. Monday im gonna have to seriously try sort my diet out. Although I obviously am not on a diet I really dont want to eat junk for the next few months. Gonna have to plan out my food for the next week this should help.

    Gym this morning: Dropped the weight a bit today !

    30 Mins cross trainer

    1a Squat - 40 kg (dropped weight )3 x 10
    1b Seated row 30kg 3 x 10

    2a shoulder press 8kg each 3 x 10
    2bdb lunge 10kg 3 x 10 ( dropped weight)

    3a Bent over row 15kg 3 x 10
    3b bench dip with 4kg on lap 3 x 10

    Done the great run on sunday was a brilliant day ! my time was 55 mins( not bad for 3 months preg! ) so was happy with that as I was just running at an easy pace and watching my heart rate.

    Gym This morning :

    1a Squat 40kg 8 x 4
    1b close grip lat pull down 40kg 8 x 4

    2a barbell lunge 40kg 8 x 4
    2b military press 17.5kg 8 x 4

    3a db upright row 7.5kg each 8 x 4
    3b cable push down 20kg 8 x 4

    25 mins treadmill !

    Aww thanks Loulou1 ! I am just doing what I can at the moment ... Lots of steady state and no HIIT for the next couple of month as for weights I have been doing what I was before but lowered the weight on my squat and deadlift . Good luck with your wedding and starting a family , its all new to me so just taking it a day at a time.

    1b: Db step up's: 10kg each 8 x 3 each leg

    2: Side step and squat with press with resistance band and 8kg weights 8 x 3

    3: resistance band kick back 8 x 3

    4: One arm row: 12.5kg 8 x3 each

    5: Upright Row 17.5kg 8 x 3

    30 Mins cross trainer

    Rest day today

    tomorrow going to do 8k run

    15 min interval on cross trainer ( couldnt resist bord silly doing steady state) felt great !! but kept it to 30sec on 60sex off

    15min stepper !

    Walked to work this morning 1 hour !
