    Havent been great at keeping this log .. Have been getting to the gym 3 - 4 times per week though... Getting out of breath more as the weeks go on but il keep going . Diet wise is a bit al over the place. But im trying, My main craving is carbs they are a pregnant womens heaven Im telling ya and stoggy carbs like mash potatoes , chips etc. But Im tryin and most days im good and stay away from carbs weekends are a different story all together... I cant wait to get back into training properly again with lots of variety thats the my main problem at the moment everything is very limited and boring, But nearly half way there.

    Gym wed night:

    1a Split squat 12.5kg 10 x 3
    1b Sumo squat 12.5kg 10 x 3

    2a: Incline Press : 15kg 8 x 3
    2b: Bent over row: 15kg 8 x 3

    3a: Frontal Raise : 6kg 8 x 3
    3b:Upright row 15kg 8 x3

    20 mins light cardio !

    Il try get a run in tommorrow as I wont make the gym

    Got a 40 min run in on sat...

    Gym last night:

    1a: DB Squat 10kg 10 x 4
    1b: DB step up 12.5kg 10 x 4

    2a: One arm db row 12.5kg 10 x 4
    2b: Db upright row 8kg 10 x 4

    3a: Db weighted side bends 12.5kg 15 x 3
    3b: dips on bench 10 x 3

    Plank hold 45sec x 3

    15 mins stepper & 15 mins cross trainer

    1a:BB Squat 40kg 8 x 3 - still cant bring myself to go onto the smith .. just gonna stick with the bar for the time being.
    1b: Lat pull down 40kg x 8, 35kg x8 , 35kg x 8

    2a: DB lunge 10kg 8 x 3
    2b: Smith machine push up 8x3

    3a: Cable tricep push down 15kg 8 x 3
    3b: db hammer curl 7.5kg 8 x3

    adductor / abductor machine 40kg 12 x 4

    20 mins cross trainer

    2a: Incline Chest press 10kg 12 x 3
    2b: INcline flys 6kg 10 x 3

    3a:One arm Db row
    3b: Dips

    15mins stepper/ 15mins cross trainer

    Gym this morning:

    1b: Lat pull down 35kg 8 x 4

    2a:Deadlift 40kg 8 x 3
    2b; Upright Row 15kg 8 x 3

    3a: Cable tricep pushdown 15kg 8 x 3

    30 mins cross trainer !

    Its my bday today so I am gonna have me some nice cake !! ( the baby wants it ;))

    Havent been logging for the last week . Did get to the gym last wk 4 times just never got on here to log... Cardio is becoming harder and harder as the weeks go on .. I am finding that I am out of breath quite easily. But I try and get at least 20 mins in after each session sometimes that mean 10 mins each on different machines.. Diet wise , I have gone a bit strange. Dinners are not really appealing to me. I am doing my best to not over do it but sometimes thats just not possible ! Gym tonight and tommorrow morning so Il log then !

    1b: Seated row 30kg 8 x 3

    2a: Assist chin up 40kg 8 x 3
    2b: upright row 15kg 8 x 3

    3: rope cable tricep pull down 12.5kg 10 x 3

    20 mins cardio

    Hey , Havent been loggin for a while now just been very busy. I have still be training 4 times a week. Slowing down though but I do what I can. I have 9 weeks left . And then it my mission to get back in shape !
    Il start logging again............
