Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Guys

    I am currntly trying to drop bodyfat% and have went from 24%(06')--> 16%(09'), with much help from yourselfs.

    So just interested to here your comments on consuming a higher ratio of healthy fats during your last meal meal of the day.

    ie. My 6th meal of the day has been looking like this 25grammes of protein(shake-milk) with a combination of either a spoon of peanutbutter & a handfull of nuts or cold liver oil or flaxseed oil (sorry not sure of their size)

    On a side note i have dropped fruit from my last 3 meals of the day to the first 3meals of the day for the past 6weeks and i noticed a marked inprovment in my defination.:cool:
