If you are on Voda, sounds like your caller display isn't enabled on their end. Ring 1907 and get them to check it. Power off phone then everything should be ok. Happened me when I changed from RTG to bill. Thought there was something wrong with the phone.

this is quite a common problem with vodafone and nothing to do with your phone. you need to call them and they'll fix it on their end
