    Be interested in restarting this thread and see how northern prices compare with those in republic as result of weak sterling over past few months. Will be starting self build hopefully next year and plan on getting plenty of prices north of the border to see how they compare.

    Same as that.Any advice on imported timber for roof.?? Cheaper in North.
