Hi all Listenning to the radio a while back I hear a guest speaker mention something about a butchering class in Dublin city centre where a butcher will show you over the course of a few nights how to butcher your own meat. Hi all

Listenning to the radio a while back I hear a guest speaker mention something about a butchering class in Dublin city centre where a butcher will show you over the course of a few nights how to butcher your own meat. Does anybody know anything about it or have any other info?

On a related note, given the high cost of meat (the reason for the first question) where would one go to buy a full lamb carcass for the purpose of butchering at home?
