I have just got A new wifi radio. Was wondering what talk radio stations are worth listening to. In particular book, movie programs, comedy, documentaries, sports - that kind of thing. any ideas?

I bought the Roberts 202 in Sony/Peats in Dun laoghaire. it cost 190€ in the sale. it's normally 200€. I think Argos are doing it for 219€.

LBC 97.3. Best phone-in based talk station there is.

NPR, National public radio from the USA.
Great station for news, and programmes of special interest such as All Things Considered and Car Talk.
    I like it a lot.
Also mentioned was LBC 97.3, also available on Sky. Must listen to shows for me are Steve Allen in early mornings and Clive Bull from 10pm to 1am. Excellent stuff.
BBC Radio 4 is great as is BBC world service.

Isn't it a shame that there are no good Irish channels?
