Looking for a specific barber\ hairdresser's

    Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone could help us with a problem. Just before christmas I noticed an advertisement for a barber\ hairdresser's that specialises in doing different arty/ tribal designs in mens hair. The ad was in one of the local papers, the Waterford Today or The News & Star I think, and showed the back of a lads hair with a design in it. I've gotten hold of both of the papers the past two weeks but couldnt see the advertisement at all. Im thinking just could have been an once off. Anyway if anyone has any information about the place im looking for, I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance
