http://top40.about.com has the UK ones; unfortunately there doesn't seem to be one for this country - the search page on http://www.irishcharts.ie doesn't have a "get chart from a particular date" option.

I've just contacted them to suggest it, though, so keep an eye on it.

Also try www.everyhit.com. Again it's the UK charts.
