    Hey There,

I'm looking to get a structual survey done on a house in the Limerick area. If anyone can make a recommendation on a qualified surveyor/architect/engineer in the region that would be great. Please PM me if that suits.

Also, what kind of ball park figure are we talking about to have a structural survey \ boundary survey done. House is over 2000 sq ft.

    Many Thanks

What work do you need done and who for will determine who you need.

We used Joe O'Connor to do a structural and boundry survey last October and found him very good. He gave us a detailed report and suggestions how to improve the property. He charged us around 350 Euros. I think he also does architect and planning work at well. His number is (087) 9882835 ad he also has a web site http://www.ocds.ie
    Thanks,
    B.

are you taking the piss ? Dragging up one old thread on a subject is enough. Dragging up two is acting the muppet.
