Tickets to the Darts Tour and dates/locations

I'm looking to get a group of lads together and go to a darts match. When can I find the details, venues's, dates etc. for the premier league of darts. Ireland preferably around next May but we could travel.

The only Premier League date that is in Ireland is on in Belfast on the 26th of February. Tickets are on sale now and there is still tickets left.
