    Hey folks,

Anyone managed to get this in UCD?

It's looking likely that I'll be outa the job within the next couple of weeks, so it would be handy to have the extra cash.

    It says here
    http://www.ucd.ie/student_welfare.htm

The 2008/09 application form is not yet available. Please contact your Student Adviser for more information. Contact details are available at www.ucd.ie/studentadvisers/

    What's the story there?

Is there a cut-off date? And what amount could one expect to receive if they're living with the parents, etc.?

    Cheers

The latest form can be got from a programme office. The cut-off date was a few months back and people should be receiving their money soon.

I know the pain of job loss, I was made redundant in October, and it's actually why I applied for the UCD money.

Is there another round of applications this semester?
