    Yes let's get some excitement back into the place!!

    Start making suggestions and we can get a new poll up!!

    My ideas are:

    1-Paintballing
    2-Pool (game)
    3-Swimming
    4-Weekend trip somewhere (leave on fri eve, come back sun eve, possibly abroad)
    5-Cinema Trip
    6-Bowling
    7-Wii tournament
    8-Cork Boards survey - someone come up with 10 questions eg...who is the tallest / who has the nicest smile, then everyone has to guess who the majority picked.
    9-Drinks!!!
    10-kingtut worshipping evening

    There's a small get together tonight if anyone wants to come. Think Kingtut, Shadow and me at least. Probably more. I'll be down later.

    Think they at Muttons Lane now (I've never heard of that place in my life :confused:) and then Old Oak after.

    I'll prob just head to Old Oak for a few. See some of ye there :)

    yea totally. back home now in culchie land. the place i was in england which isn't that far away from london has no broadband worth mentioning. we had '3' mobile broadband but its gone very bad but i should have known that company was bad news

    they all really suck in one way or another. so it doesnt matter

    except that crowd on De Island. some wireless interweb. its freaking excellent, such a shame the connection is used almost exclusively by Facebookies facebooking

    Greetings everyone, it is the king speaking.

    So the plan for tonight is to head to the cinema (around 8 or 9 depending on the movie) and then to grab a pizza at 4 star afterwords for anyone that wants one (free garlic bread with every pizza!! YAY!)

    Showing times are as follows:

    The final destination 3D - 9.15
    Funny people - 8.30
    Inglorious Basterds - 8.15
    Dance Flick - 9.00
    I love you Beth Cooper - 9.00
    The Time traveller's wife - 9.15

    Pick the one you want and let me know, I think inglorious basterds is the best bet as no-one from last night had seen it....over and out! :)

    Hey there. I just registered today cause I remembered that this place existed and that it might be a good place to meet some new friends. I'm kinda new to cork and only know people from work currently.

    Would it be cool if I tagged along at times to your get togethers?

    Any weekend day suits me as I work Mon - Thur and don't get off before 11. It's not the best but I love my 3 day weekend.

    I'm either in Cork or Dublin at the weekend as I'm originally a dub :P Pool/Beer is always fun, even though I'm terrible at pool.
