HPAT- do I need a 2009 LC?

Hey, sorry if this has been asked here already but I'm just wondering if I apply to the new entry to medicine can I do so with a 2008 leaving cert? I heard a rumour that they're only accepting 2009 leaving certs this year due to overwhelming demand for places or something along those lines... Anyone able to help me out…

Anyone able to help me out here? I have the matriculation requirements needed etc etc so that wont be a problem.

I think it needs to all be in the one sitting so afaik you will need a 2009 LC. Have you registered for the HPAT yet?

Ignore rumours. The facts aren't hidden from the public. You don't need a 2009 LC.
