SSPCA meeting tonight

    Just saw a small mention of this in the Weekender.
    The SSPCA is in danger of closing so there is a meeting tonight in St. Marys College in Ballisodare at 8.30pm.
    They are looking for anyone that can help in any way.

    Saw this post too late to go but would have loved to help out. Anyone here at the meeting or hear the outcome. I had a feeling they were in trouble for a while but it would be a shame if they actually closed.

    I didn't get to the meeting.
    I had a look on their website, but didn't see any mention of the outcome.
