Well that would me. got attached 7 years ago got rejected 7years ago. became great friends. After making out i no longer feel the same passionate feeling for the girl that was. Most of the laws about sex seem to be here. I've read a few of the acts and they all seem to define the offence as a "sexual act". So in theory that could be anything from a kiss to sex?

TBH I'd say (and this is based on no legal knowledge whatsoever so is probably completely wrong) a lot of it comes down to the situation. If both parties are underage and consenting* then I'd say the likelihood of a conviction would be extremely low. It gets trickier where one party is just turned 17 and the other is 16, but again I'd say the chances of getting done for that would be low.

Those studying law can now come in and tell me I'm wrong in every way. :P

Ya the definition of "sexual act" confuses me. A kiss could be considered a sexual act depending on the motivation and feeling behind it.. I think I'll stick to believing just sex is what it means :P
