Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its been a while since I posted anything for feedback... Would love to hear peoples thoughts on these.. I intend to try out various ideas at this location over the coming months...
Suggestions on how to make them better or ideas for the location would be very welcome..

Love the location, composition, and the exposure is very good. I dont really go for the 2 pics with the person in, i rather #3 (which is an excellent conversion by the way). Id happily hang #3 on a wall of my house (parent house :D), although i think if you got the same pic in a panorama it would be even better.

2 is my favourite out of the person being in the shot and 3 as said above would look well hanging on a wall anywhere..

    +1 4 #2

Really good. Like the way the figure almost repeats the form of the pier.

Number 2 but 10-20 seconds earlier, and with or without the person would have been spot on I think.

Beautiful set, nice scene. I like the 3 of them but #2 is my Fav. Did you take any more? I might have tried a slightly higher angle to shoot from to put the person against the light on the water. Nice feel to them all. Great stuff.:)

All good. I like no. 2 the most.

Nice work. I'm split between #2 and #3. I'd like to see a version of #3 where the moon is horizontally central in the frame so that the light is travelling straight along the pier and the water at both sides is lit.

I think that #1 would sit better if the person was separated a little from the background. The processing on all of these works really well.

I've seen this pier in a number of photos but I've never been there, where in Killaloe is it?
