    hi, a friend of mine signed up a while ago and since then she has been unable to log in. this is her.

    Nothing wrong with her account. Has she tried resetting her password? Does she remember/have the email address that she signed up with?

    No, no need. Just making sure that she still had access to it.

    Resetting the password is the way to go. There should be a "forgotten password" link on the login screen. This will send her an activation email that'll allow her to reset her password.
