Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Links - look into Graded Exercise Therapy and the Perrin Technique, my OH had/has chronic fatigue issues and he found both very helpful.

    I think one of the biggest things I have going for me is having a dog, because she gets me out and keeps me kinda active, I've always got time to take her for a stroll :)

    It's just some website's view of who are "must see", looks like they just cobbled together some random bands who are playing. Obviously our resident Babymetal fanatic is only posting it because Babymetal.

    There's not much that compares to the Jarl, that's for sure ;)

    I may have had a sneaky pint of Rogue Hazelnut Brown in the pub today :pac: I was at the hospital, got bloods taken, so that's my excuse! :D
