speeding on M1

hey, i was caught speeding in september on the M1, on the bit of it near the port tunnel. this was the case where lots of cases got thrown out in october/november because the limit wasn't lowered correctly. at the time i had a lot going on, so signed the form, took the points. is there a way of appealing, seeing as a judge…

hey,

i was caught speeding in september on the M1, on the bit of it near the port tunnel. this was the case where lots of cases got thrown out in october/november because the limit wasn't lowered correctly.

at the time i had a lot going on, so signed the form, took the points.

is there a way of appealing, seeing as a judge has found that the limit wasn't valid? i was under the previous speed limit.

sorry if that sounds complicated.....
