Getting music on I Tunes

Hi Guys, I'm in the process of trying to sell my bands E.P on i tunes. I Eventually found the link on the I Tunes website to apply to do this, but it's asking for a taxpayer identification number/ssn, vat or abn. Does anyone know where one would get this info or does it mean i would have to set up our own label first…

Do you have to fill in this box?

The reason for this is so they can calculate the VAT payments. If you are a VAT registered business in the EU, they can invoice you without the VAT. Otherwise you pay the VAT.
