Structural Engineer Recommendation Please

My husb and I have just put a deposit on a house but want to get it surveyed by an engineer as it is mid build and there is a river to the back of the site. Can anyone recommend a good engineer to do the work, preferably someone you have used yourself? Please PM me the details. Thanks
