Trouble setting up a SLX Compact Av Sender

Just bought a slx compact av sender because i want to watch my chorus channels in another room without having to pay for another satelite box. So got this digital sender at Argos. I have it set up but i cant get the picture to show to the tele in the spare room, the infra-red for swtching channels is working on the 2 boxs…

I am not familiar with the model you have, but some units have the option to select different channels - make sure they both are set to the same channel.

Try them out in the same room first and then move them to another room.
