Is my battery gone to the grave

Have a clone hk416 which sounds like it has asthma.It has only been skirmished a few times & fires fine for about 4 minutes then turns into a wet lettuce. The battery was only charged 3 times but I reckon it's marbh. Could anyone confirm this as I've never had a dead battery before.

What brand is this HK? Is this the "free" battery & charger you got with the gun?
What's the battery capacity e.g. 1100mAh, How long do you charge it for?
