I have just received an apology from eflow for trying to charge me for a journey I never made on the M50. The irony is that I don't approve of toll roads, as we already pay road tax. I avoid these roads, yet they they still sent me the threatening letter. I understand that lots of other people have also received these letters in error.

When you look at the brain power behind the scenes, anything is possible :rolleyes:!!
