    Guys, Ive just joined. Presumably in place of skippy, not sure (FG?). Anyhow, I need to get through the games as soon as I can, so send me a message if you see me online, v1rg1l.

    I'm on most evenings from 8-11, except Tuesdays & Thurs when I subsitute my Xbox controller for a pair of football boots and try out my Rabona fakes and skill moves for real :D

    I think the word is "hockeyed", Im starting to regret my team choice, given that young Defoe is off to pastures new soon.

    Good game though, my highlight had to have been my 45 yard free kick that smacked off the crossbar.. fecking groundsmen and their extra lick of paint this morning..

    What a good game. It was intense... I was living on the edge, especially when Benzema missed a sitter from 6-7 yards out with his left foot. If I smoked, I would have needed a fag after this one. I managed to get a third one towards the end but up until that point it was looking very dodgy as Schalke were tiring badly. I don't think either of us had a foul in the game. A real, proper battle!

    Everton 3-1 Portsmouth

    I don't think hockeyed is the right word, real intense match here, I took the lead a defensive mistake in the second half made it 1-1, I had a 30 yarder hit the post with the goalkeeper at the edge of the box, grabbed my second goal after a mistake from the Pompey defence and a late goal as Pompey went looking for an equaliser!

    Best game i've had in the league so far, and welcome to the league v1rg1l :)

    Udinese 2-0 Celtic

    This was a good game with bucketloads of chances. Couldn't score for love nor money til Floro Flores came on and despite getting a double he did mis an open goal from 2 inches and by miss I mean tried to dribble it in.

    Udinese 2-4 Spurs

    Really annoyed with how this one went. Knew he was one of the better players so set my stall out in defense after what happened against Y2J. Was doing really well until the 60th minute and had hit the bar and then conceded 3 goals in 5 minutes, 2 were entirely my fault. Brief revival was fun and at least salvaged my goal difference a little.

    Another hard games for Liverpool, went down 1-0 and had to fight hard to get one back, Gallas sent off for a 50-50 tackle on Torres which could have gone either way left the defense open and made the difference in the end.
    Still unbeaten but need to work a lot harder if I am to keep it up.

    Yeah, Bayern are the team I hate playing second only to Man Yoo. Good game though, lethal finishing.

    He is a great player (he didn't finish second or third in Season 1 for no reason, but he is ultra defensive. Must have lined up 4-5-1 and 5-4-1 with all out defense...

    He was very unlucky in the first couple of mins and missed a great chance with Jesus Navas. Sevilla had Escude sent off for a last man tackle, but there was nothing wrong with it, he had a proper, honest chance of getting the ball....so I've got no complaints whatsoever ;)

    Ah played 4-3-2-1 not ultra defensive- although I do like to play a counter attack type game..... you just dominated me still haven't found a system for sevilla yet they are just very slow.... Gave a cheap goal away to make it 2-0 right on HT then when my man was sent off I had no hope you were just walking through my defense...

    Still to play Portsmouth and Celtic will prob be about a good bit tomorrow as I am off work so will play them games if the lads are about!
