    It's questionable if anyone could. I'd go for Richard Bruton but I wouldn't have high hopes.

    Honestly, let it be someone who's never entered the Dáil or public life previously. Whoever it is couldn't do much worse, they'll probably care about the country more, and its clear as day none of the morons in there currently could find their respective ar*es with both hands, a map, compass, satnav with devoted GPS satellite and an accompanying Garda escort.
