    hi
    i recently bought a keyboard in pc world to find out that its 50%cheaper to get online!( i know fool me..)
    does anyone know if there ll be any issues in asking for a refund?
    the item is still sealed
    also could i return it to a different branch or does it have to be the same branch

    Returns in PC World can usually be brought to any branch (in the Republic, if bought here), but they don't have to refund you at all, since you're just changing your mind. They might issue a credit note, or they might not even entertain it. I'm not sure what their policy is, in regard to this.

    i tought there is a period of time where u are allowed to change ur mind ?
    maybe i misunderstood

    No. Some shops have a return policy, where they allow you to return goods (unopened and re-salable), maybe PC World do, but I don't know. Call in, or ring them to see.

    As far as I am aware that is not true, unless that is PC World's policy..
