    What do people think will it snow tonight/tomorrow morning ??
    In the Galway city/suburbs area... anyone got any hard hitting evidence .. i'd love a bit of snow, maybe a possible snow day :D!!

    not awfully cold yet, but it is very wet as well so it'll be hard for it to stick.

    snowed a little bit in the midlands last night, but i think its just too wet here for it to stick....

    Yeah there was some (not a lot mind!) snow on the side of the motorway when I was coming through Kildare and the midlands on the way home from Dublin Airport.

    Would love if we got some in Galway but it does seem too wet for it to stick.

    Snowing/hailing pretty heavy in the city centre right now and it's sticking!

    So was that snow or hail we just had in the city-centre? The bits bounced off things like hail, but this looks kinds snow-ish:

    Got a heavy shower of hail in Westside at about 10:40. It stuck - the ground was completely white. Got a picture on my phone but can't upload it because I'm in college..

    Thats mad I live a couple of miles up tunnybrooky direction and had what looked like a sheet of sleet! It didn't cover roof tops :(
