bangkok connecting flights

im plannnig a 10 week trip to SE asia soon, i am looking at booking return flights dublin-bankok, will it be ok if i leave thailand after a couple of weeks and return from another country to get my pre-booked flight home, or will i need to orgainse/pay for anoher thailand visa on entering airport?????
