ntl slow broadband

    Hi there

    I'm in the Stepaside area and have a 10mb line from ntl. Up to now it has been brilliant receiving about 9.6mb. Noticed since Friday that now I am only getting 3mb's. Just wondering has anyone else in the area noticed a slowdown?

    There was intermittent problems and if you read through the threads in the forum theres a range with NTL/UPC problems with connections, has there been any improvement since your first post??

    Did you try ringing UPC??
