Back to the game: Can Warner turn this round? I don't think the guy is gonna shrink away just because of what happened at the end of the first. Cards can still do this.

    Go on CARDS!!!!!!!!!!

Nah, he's psyched out by the terrible towels. No hope at all. :D

Realistically I hope Arizona win, but I think the Steelers with a commanding lead will go all the way unfortunately.

Its gonna take a hell of a comeback to turn this round, especially after going from 10 - 7 down, expecting to get a TD or at least a FG just before half time, to being 17 - 7 down. But hey, Warner has turned round more in the past, i.e. his career! :pac:

Any more turnovers and it'll be a long day for them, that's certain.

    +1

Dumb call, they huddled and then seemed to just gamble on what call they'd make. You could even see the forward motion in real time when it happened.

Nope, he showed no sign of tucking and going for the run. We dont need another Superbowl tuck rule controversy thank you very much! :p

PS - Who would have thought Eli & Tyree's "greatest Superbowl play ever" would only last a year?

Is the crowd noise way behind the footage? What was the random booing there just before they punted? (On BBC anyway)

Probably for the Offense re-taking to the field.

I'm over on Twitter.com/amcdermott, comments there.

Favorite comment so far (sorry NFL fans, but this is just funny):

"You know that bastard off-spring of Rugby they play in the states? It's like their Heineken Cup final tonight"

3 personal fouls on 1 drive. Thats incredibly stupid.

Can't see any way for the Cards to win this one now, their discipline seems to be gone.

Poor decision from Roethlisberger to scramble imo.

In fairness that's great defence by AZ.

35yds in penalties, all personal fouls, but did very well to restrict them to 3pts.

    PIT 20 AZ 7

No choice that NT was through the centre fairly quickly.

Rod Woodson isn't happy about two of those personal foul penalties on the Beeb.

Yeah defo but talk about giving it to the Steelers. They are making the Steelers O look good now. There is 2 things that have made this game for the Steelers right now:

    Their D that INT

    and

    Those 3 personal fouls.

Saw the replay, you're absolutely right. No point in risking an interception with a rushed throw.

is it just me, or does Rod Woodson sound like he's up for the Cards

Yeah he does. He slated the officials for the roughing the passer and roughing the holder calls.

I thought about watching Sky for the same reasons, i.e. they show live ball all season, but no ads is just too good!:D

If Pittsburgh win, the referee is my vote for MVP

This is woeful stuff from Arizona

Right I'm back, had some connectivity problems.

Anyways that Steelers D is so class, to be able to shut down Fitzgerald like that. If they keep doing that its game over, but with the way Warner and Larry have come to life before I'm not calling it done yet unless the Steelers score on this drive.

    Big big sack.

TD drive needed here ... and quickly.

On the MVP thing, while I'm a big fan of Big Ben and expect he will get it, I personally believe Troy Polamalu should get it if the Steelers win that is, and LF if the unbelievable comeback happens.
