You can find the Mods of each forum at the bottom right of your screen.
amp, smoke.me.a.kipper, regi, DeVore, Cloud

I belive amp stepped down some time back.
I haven't seen smak for quite some time.
Your best bet is to PM DeVore, he's around this week.
